The same principal works for disinfecting the air and immune-system support &#8212; there&#8217;s no need to over-saturate the air with essential oils. <p>Anxiety and panic attacks can appear potentially fatal. Having experienced the anxiety of a panic attack myself, I know how frightening it can be. In my case, I was so concerned that I went to the trauma room of the local hospital because I had never heard of a &#8216;panic attack&#8217; before. I believed I was having a cardiac arrest, and I was far too young for that. My chest was tight, I has breathing difficulties, and I literally thought I would die. It wasn&#8217;t till the doctor told me I had zip to fret about ( he informed me that I simply had a panic fit ) that I felt any sort of relief at all.</p>
<p>An anxiety attack, or a &#8216;panic attack,&#8217; usually happens when the person least expects it. Often brought on by stress, they can happen all of a sudden and cause a person to become short of breath, feel discomfort inside their body, and feel like they&#8217;re experiencing a serious medical problem due to the intense sense of anxiety. Panic attacks aren&#8217;t life-threatening, however, and they can be dealt with and cured through natural means without medicine. Panic episode relief, therefore , is easily accomplished by anyone.</p>
<p>The Yankee mental association states that stress and panic fits can be as short as a few seconds, but typically last longer. Regularly they go on for 15-30 minutes, but can occur in cycles lasting a couple of hours. Have you ever been in the grocer, walking down the aisles, taking care of your own business, when you all of a sudden break out in a cold sweat, start shaking, and feel a powerful desire to run out of the store as quickly as possible? Do you end up worrying intolerably over things that you use to take in stride? If that is so you may be going through anxiety or panic attacks. </p>
<p>It&#8217;s said that four million people suffer at the hands of this disorder. It&#8217;s also known as Generalized hysteria disorder. Suffering from unnecessary anxiety can not only cause emotional symptoms, but can also lead you to have physical symptoms too. ( Headaches, muscle tension, sweating, revulsion, having difficulty sleeping, etc . </p>
<p>The precise cause for nervous attacks isn&#8217;t known. Many factors do seem to make a contribution to it though. A number of these are genetics, ( relations that suffer from it also ), brain chemistry, ( unnatural levels of certain neurotransmitters ), and environmental stresses, for example death of a friend or family member, abuse, divorce, etc . It is more common in women then men, and can begin in infancy, or may not show up till adulthood. </p>
<p>If you think that you could be subjected to anxiety or panic attacks/disorder, it&#8217;s best to see your physician as quickly as possible. It can be diagnosed, most likely, by your doctor asking you certain questions, not only about your medical history, but also by performing a physical exam. They may base their diagnosis on the intensity and duration of your symptoms. </p>
<p>Treatment for anxiety abnormalities include medication, behaviour therapy and/or relaxation strategies. Medications ordinarily used to treat anxiety afflictions are usually utilized in a short term manner, and include a class of substances called benzodiazepines. The medicine helps because it tends to help cause you to feel calmer, can relax your muscles, and help with restlessness. Some of the common medication&#8217;s used include Xanax, Valium, Ativan and Librium. It could take a couple of weeks for these medicines to&#8217;kick in&#8217;. A number of these medications are addictive, so your physician should/will study your use. </p>
<p>It&#8217;d also be suggested that you try behavior therapy, in which you learn how to recognize what thoughts and behaviors could be leading you into having an anxiety episode. You could be able to learn to change your thought patterns, and learn to have a look at concerns in a more practical way. This should be tried alone, or together with medication. </p>

Recognition of these feelings and a good dose of reality are the ordinary therapies involved. They deserve to be made aware that nothing wrong happens, for example. Coping talents to deal with the separation, regularly thru role playing, are also taught to the children. .</p>

<p>The simple answer is YES! </p>
<p>Plenty of people have this myth that they are stuck with panic fits forever. This ideology comes from their doctors and trick cyclists who tells them that there are no such thing as panic fits cure. </p>
<p>These medical pro tells you to learn to live with panic episodes. They teach you&#8217;coping technique&#8217;,'breathing exercises&#8217; and ask you to switch you way of life to fit your agitation. They give you medicine to subdue your panic episodes. Nobody question  their strategies because they are medical pro &#8211; its all&#8217;medically proven&#8217;. </p>
<p>Don&#8217;t misunderstand what I&#8217;m saying,  I&#8217;m not condemning these medical pros. Some of them do a brilliant job in helping people, but the fact remains that there&#8217;s still a lot folks out there who do not respond well to their treatment strategies and are still suffering from panic episodes. </p>
<p>Folk need an alternative! They don&#8217;t need to be stuck taking medicine forever or maybe have this beliefs that they are&#8217;incurable&#8217;. </p>
<p>Panic attacks is not incurable. Its not even a mental illness. Somehow on the way, your&#8217;panic alarm&#8217; gets messed up. It goes off for no reason even though your not in any danger &#8211; this is panic attack! </p>
<p>So&#8230; Are you able to cure panic attacks? YES! You just have to discover how to fixed this&#8217;panic alarm&#8217;, its that simple! Does this sound incurable? Clearly NOT! </p>
<p>The key thing to take note is fear. What&#8217;s make panic attack tough to stop? Fear. The horror of having a coronary during panic fit. The dread of fainting during a panic episode. The concern that you may really die of a panic episode. The cure to panic fits is to stop this misguided fear. </p>
<p>Your heart is pounding madly and your chest injures, you think its a heart attack&#8230;but ITS NOT! This kind of heart activity is generally reserved for vigorous activity ( for example:exercising ), when you don&#8217;t notice it as much. Its suppose to feel like that when your in&#8217;panic mode&#8217;. </p>
<p>You feel dizzy and puny, you think your going to faint soon&#8230;but YOUR NOT! This sensation is due to hyperventilation &#8211; when your breathing too fast and taking in too much oxygen. Having too much oxygen in your blood will disrupt its normal flow, your brain instantly prohibit blood flow to balance out the low carbon dioxide levels &#8211; resulting in light-headedness. </p>
<p>As you can see, each symptom your experiencing is caused by the body. Your not stuck with some&#8217;mysterious illness&#8217;. Similarly, your body can&#8217;t kill itself and that is the reason why you having nothing to fear. Panic attack CANNOT kill you.</p>
