The practice of tattooing is nothing new, having originated centuries ago and used by many cultures for religious and status marking, among other uses. The process has evolved over time to become more of a hobby or means of self expression. With the increased popularity of tattoos has come a lucrative new removal market for those experiencing “tattoo regret.

Laser therapy, Intense Pulsed Light treatment and other surgical procedures used to be the main method of removing unwanted body art, but in recent years, do-it-yourself, at home tattoo removal using creams has become the newest popular method. Currently dominated by such names as Wrecking Balm, Tattoo Erase and TatBGone, just three of many products available, tattoo removal balms contain a range of different ingredients. The most common active ingredient used in these products has been the controversial chemical hydroquinone, which causes disturbances in the skin’s melanin production and is commonly used in cosmetic skin bleaching. A two percent concentration of the chemical is commonly found in tattoo removal balms. The chemical has been banned in several countries due to the possibility that it may pose a cancer risk, and a ban in the United States was proposed by the FDA in 2006.

Instructions on how to use the products vary, requiring different frequency and lengths of use, as well as different methods of application. Tattoo removal balm manufacturers promise a gradual reduction in the appearance of unwanted body art with very little or no pain. Product reviews for the most popular removal products generally report that consumers had varied results, but experienced minor stinging at worst when the products were used as directed.

The current king of creams, Doc Wilson’s Wrecking Balm No. 3, incorporates a medical dermal device into the process, taking at-home tattoo removal one step further. The device was recently approved by the FDA as safe to use in the home without medical supervision. Wrecking Balm’s three-step-process works by breaking down the skin injected with ink and taking advantage of the natural skin regeneration and healing process. Phyllanthus emblica fruit, sometimes referred to as Indian Gooseberry, and salicylic acid are the active ingredients in the tattoo removal balm.

Prices on home tattoo removal products vary greatly, and consumers can expect to shell out as little as $50 or as much as $300. Most can easily be purchased online or by phone.

Cost of liposculpture these days can average out well in the thousands of dollars in most surgical clinic’s, which is why some people may shy away from the procedure. However, Many positive responses from people across the United States who have had liposculpture prove that the cost is worth the payment.

The average person does not have to get a head to toe work over, but instead choose individual parts of his or her body to be worked on. An effective, safe, and painless procedure, it’s perfect for cutting away excess fat from areas such as the abdomen, hips, waist, thighs, buttocks, knees, arms, and the face and neck.

Some may question if they really need a liposculpture to help improve their physical appearance. Many plastic surgeons wholeheartedly agree that the process is quick and simple, yielding fast, and most importantly, noticeable, results.

The cost of maintaining a healthy and strict diet, subscribing to a gym membership, and even hiring a personal trainer can require a large time investment, and with uncertain results, one could never be sure if they will gain any improvement. In the long run, this can sum up to a hefty cost, most likely averaging more than a quick and painless liposculpture. This is why this procedure is most highly regarded as a more permanent and much more effective substitute for diet and exercise. It not only helps those who have had trouble in the past losing weight, but also those who have no time to take out of their busy lives to get in shape.

Each plastic surgeon has a set standard of excellence that can be seen through their amazing results, year after year. Not only do they have years of experience, but their tools are state of the art. Technology is evolving rapidly, producing sophisticated machines capable of the most intricate and delicate operations, which is utilized in clinics all across America. An advanced technique called the topographic mapping technique is normally used prior to the procedure as a highly effective and accurate way of targeting the problem areas, making precision marking that garner visually pleasing results. liposculpture may not be too easy on the wallet, but as an investment, it is the only safe and secure procedure that is faster and more effective than traditional weight loss methods.

Have you noticed just how popular liposuction has become in this day and age? It seems that many individuals are starting to get this procedure done. We hear it advertised on the radio and see infomercials on it. There is no denying that it is popular. So, what is it for? It is for those individuals that are hoping to lose weight the quick way. It could even be for those individuals that are not able to exercise, but would like to get rid of those pounds. As we right this article, we are going to give you some frequently asked questions on this matter, so you should pay close attention to what we have to tell you.

Is there anything we need to know about before we go through with this procedure? Before liposuction is performed, you will sit down with your plastic surgeon. At this moment, the surgeon will be asking you a number of questions pertaining to your health. They will also look at your family health history. You will also be evaluated in order to determine if you are fit enough to go through with the surgery. If they find that you are at higher risks of complications, then they are going to tell you. It is you choice to have this surgery done.

The instant you have decided that you will be getting this surgery, you should ask questions pertaining to what you should do before you go in for the surgery. The surgeon will give printed instructions on how to go about preparing for this surgery.

How will liposuction be performed? Generally, this procedure only requires small incisions in the areas that are selected. This will be done with a high vacuum suction device that has a cannula attached to it.

Before you ask what a cannula is, it is an instrument that is stainless steel and is used for removing fat cells from the body. When those fat cells have been moved, the surgeon will be place stitches on the incisions. They will dress the wounds and put a girdle on you. The girdle will be used in order to help prevent swelling.

We heard that there was different types of liposuction. Is this true? Yes, there are different forms of this procedure, but one thing remains the same and that is the process. There is tumescent liposuction, which is when a solution will be injection into those fatty areas before they are removed.

Will there be any complications? Before you have this surgery done, the surgeon will be telling you about the risks and complications. Some of common complications include anesthesia, infection, bleeding, swelling and pain.

During the past, cosmetic surgery has been a thing for the people born with a silver spoon in their mouths only. If you are not famous or rich, then cosmetic surgery is not for you. That was how it used to be. Today, however, a lot of things that used to be very expensive are now affordable and even the average individuals who are far from wealthy can access them. Moreover, nobody would look down at you if you admit that you have gone through a cosmetic surgical procedure. As a matter of fact, some of such individuals are even more than willing to tell the world about their cosmetic surgery experience.

Cosmetic surgery is often confused with plastic surgery. These two are not the same. Plastic surgery is divided into two categories: cosmetic surgery and reconstructive surgery. Cosmetic surgery focuses on aesthetic interests of the patients. Reconstructive surgery, on the other hand, concentrates on body features that are malformed or have been seriously damaged. Unlike reconstructive surgery, cosmetic surgery is considered elective. Despite this fact, it can do a lot to improve one’s sense of self.

A huge portion of the individuals who have undergone cosmetic surgery had problems with their body image, gone through considerable taunting throughout their lives, or have attempted again and again to improve a part of their body which they find unattractive or embarrassing but to no avail. This is the reason why aside from physical benefits, cosmetic surgery also has psychological benefits on the patients. Those who have experienced their cosmetic surgeries to be successful had major improvements regarding their self-esteem and confidence.

Generally, cosmetic surgery concentrates on the face or the upper part of the body. Some examples of the procedures that involve the face are face lifts, eye lifts and brow lifts. Another example which is among the most common procedures for the face is a nose job, medically known as rhinoplasty. The reasons for having a nose job include straightening the bridge of the nose, removing a hump, full re-sculpting or full straightening of the nose, and having the entire nose shortened.

The body cosmetic procedures include those involving the breasts. Examples are breast enlargement, breast reduction and breast lifts. Breast enlargement is obviously for enhancing of the breasts. This procedure is very common among celebrities. Breast reduction is ideal for women gifted with breasts that are too big. Breast lifts, meanwhile, are ideal for those with breasts that are beginning to sag. Older women are usually the ones who seek this procedure.

Other body cosmetic procedures concentrate on body fat removal. An example is the tummy tuck, which results in a flat belly since the excess fat and skin in the abdominal region are tightened. Another one is liposuction, which removes fats from virtually any body part.

Cosmetic surgery may indeed help a lot in improving a person’s facial appearance and self-confidence but everyone must keep in mind that it is far from perfect. There have been many cases wherein the patient experienced negative side effects after a surgical procedure while some even died from it. If you are considering undergoing a surgical procedure to improve your face or a part of your body, you must spend a lot of time doing research to find out who the most reliable surgeons are. You must also consider the possible side effects and be ready to accept them.

Cosmetic surgery is a very strong industry throughout the world, no matter if the economy is booming or if it’s suffering from a recession. In the USA, liposculpture continues to be a popular treatment, with upwards of half a million Americans getting treatments each year. Many mistakenly think that this is the main place for such a treatment, but in fact, it’s become very popular and widespread in other parts of the world, including Japan and China. Men are also stepping up the table in large numbers to improve their appearance. In this article, we will give an overview of the surgical procedure that will be helpful to anyone interested in learning more about liposculpture.

Whoever invented liposculpture had to know it would be wildly successful. Who doesn’t want a quick way to remove some body fat? This is the whole point of the procedure. The technique can be applied to a diverse variety of body parts, including the neck, thighs, arms, legs, knees, waist, and other areas too.

Whether we are working with the thighs or the abs, many of the bigger details are the same though, and will work the same way no matter what area is being worked on. It starts off with the patients body receiving very small cuts – called incisions – into which tools are inserted that perform the fat sucking techniques. These cuts can leave visible, if light, scarring on the patients body. Because of this, most of the time doctors are able to place them in the hidden folds naturally present in the skin.

The cannula is carefully moved through the patients body. Once positioned correctly, it disrupts the fat cells and then sucks them out! This is probably the most well know part of the surgery, and it’s not so far off a metaphor to imagine this happening similar to how a vacuum cleaner pulls dirt from the carpet. Note though that while a patient may wish it not to be true, the most fat that can be safely removed maxes out at about 10 pounds!

While that figure might not sound like a lot, note that the less advertised, post-surgery work will make things better. After removing the fat, the cannula is taken out and the doctors get to work on the skin itself, smoothing it and tightening it to improve it’s appearance. Because of this, the doctors can make it appear that more than 10 pounds of fat was removed!

Now that you know more about the surgery, are you still interested? Cosmetic surgery prices are not cheap but are certainly something many can afford, starting at a thousand to two thousand dollars US. The surgery is never fun but the results might be worth it to you. If so, talk to your doctor today and imagine what your body could look like tomorrow!

Most people can’t afford to cover the price of liposuction in full and therefore automatically count themselves out as potential patients. But as anyone can imagine, any large purchase can be financed. Although it is not recommended to go into debt to serve our personal whims, some people truly believe that the procedure would make them happier. It is especially important for such people to understand that they should be shopping for a quality and certified surgeon, not for a low priced surgeon.

What some patients will be surprised to learn is that it is not uncommon for most clinics to carry the financing in house. Most places will be happy to extend a line of credit to any potential patient with sufficiently qualifying credit history. Usually however, the rates offered by clinics are some of the worst around. Just as you would shop for a quality surgeon, shop around for better financing rates.

If the clinic doesn’t carry financing in house, almost every surgeon has working relationships with local financing companies with whom they can refer patients. These financing companies are used to receiving referrals from the liposuction surgeon and are experienced in working out fair and manageable payment plans for almost any budget.

If smaller companies are hard to find or hard to trust, as is the case for some people, Health Care Finance is a subsidiary of Capital One that specializes in financing medical procedures that are not usually covered by health insurance.

Since most health insurance plans won’t cover cosmetic enhancement procedures, there are companies designed especially for people with health insurance.

Credit Care is one large company that fits this bill and will cover expenses up to $25,000 where health insurance plans won’t. Speak with a representative to determine whether you qualify for a line of credit and what the payment amounts and terms they have available for your situation.

Remember that while it is not usually a good idea to go into debt to begin with, liposuction surgery as well as how to pay for it is a personal decision only you can make for yourself. In such case, do not shop for a surgeon based on price alone. Liposuction is an art and the outcome of such a procedure depends largely on the skills and experience of the surgeon. The final liposuction price includes both the risks and financial cost.

Food and Drugs Administration, a government agency, has recently approved a new method of fat reduction in some parts of the body. This said method is known as the laser liposuction, which is far different from the traditional liposuction method.

Laser liposuction is a procedure that is less invasive compared to the original procedure. In laser liposuction, a small incision will be made so a 1mm cannula can be inserted. The instrument’s laser tip will then come in contact with the body fats. Once it does, it will heat up the fats and will break these fats down. All these melted fat will be eliminated from the body immediately.

As for those fats that are not eliminated from the body, they will be flushed out via the person’s lymphatic system. The intensity of the laser can be increased or decreased, according to the need. Unlike the traditional surgical method of liposuction, laser liposuction only requires a practiced anesthetic for it to happen.

Minimal bruising is just one of the many reasons why laser liposuction is being patronized nowadays. One of them is because of the cost of laser liposuction. However, the cost of laser liposuction may differ, depending on the average fee of the surgeon, number of areas to be worked on for the procedure, the types of laser and equipment used, by region and the skill of the operating surgeon. Normally, the cost of laser liposuction is at $1500 to $15000.

The patients should be cautious when they choose the surgeon who will operate on the. Cost is not the only basis for selecting the surgeon. It is necessary that a patient consider a surgeon’s past record and his experience on the procedure. It is a good idea to ask for referrals from other prior patients of the surgeon you had in mind. Comparing before and after photos are also good so you can evaluate just how effective the procedure and surgeon is. When you decide to take these precautionary measures, there would be no need to get a second surgery for damage repairs anymore.

The cost of laser liposuction, as stated earlier, may differ. Some liposuction surgeons may charge more for some specific body areas. Those that are larger and more difficult will naturally cost more. Some surgeons, however, have flat rates for each body area.

For instance, the average cost of the upper abdomen part is at $4500 but it can be reduced to $3000 or increased to $10000. The lower abdomen part is cheaper, with an average rate of $3500, a lower fee of $2000 and a higher fee of $9000. The thighs and knees have average rates of $2500 and $4000 respectively. But the most expensive among the laser liposuction areas is the male breast, popularly known as “man boobs”. The average price of laser liposuction in this area is $5000, lower fee of $3500 and a higher fee of $10000.

The first and best step to take is to inquire about the rates with the surgeon before you agree to undergo the operation. Also, bear in your mind that you might pay a little extra for the garments, anesthesia and the use of faculty. Another thing, scrutinize the policies properly. When you know the implications and possibilities, that’s the time for you to decide about having a laser liposuction.

With the never ending rise in plastic surgery prices, many people need alternatives now to help them. This article will provide a list of options for these people.

As a specific example, the average liposuction will cost anywhere between $1,500 and $7,500. As a result, there are not many people who can afford to pay their medical bill in a single payment.

To compound this problem, the liposuction doctor will want to be paid before this medical procedure is performed, since he knows the insurance company will not pay. If you are able, the doctor will prefer a cash payment paid in full upfront.

If, like most average people, you can not afford to pay upfront, there are other liposuction financing alternatives available. Besides paying the surgeon upfront in cash, the surgeon will take either a credit card or a check. Some surgeon offices even offer loans.

Of the 3 choices listed above, the loan option, if available, may be the best option for you. Many liposuction surgeon offices allow this form of payment as a way to entice clients to join their practices.

To qualify for this option, you must have a good credit score. As you can imagine, the surgeon will only offer this option to those he feels will pay their bill. To determine what qualifies as a good credit score, you will have to contact the surgeons office.

If you do not qualify for this liposuction financing alternative, don’t despair. There are still other options available. There are numerous companies in existence that deal only with cosmetic surgery financing. It is possible to finance a loan that costs you between $100 and $400 a month.

Lastly, if none of the other options are feasible, you can get a credit card that caters to plastic surgery financing. Since these cards are designed for these specific reasons, it may be a good alternative to check out.

Losing weight has been a constant thing that everyone concerns themselves with and there have been and still are many things that they would rather do than be on the table, because going under the knife can be life threatening, expensive, and physically taxing. Modern medicine though really has its perks and one of this is making techniques available that will allow weight loss to become less of a painful and costly experience.

One of the most incredible advancements in health and fitness today is the use of less invasive procedures that will effectively address certain weight loss concerns in various parts of the body. Many would want to lose weight the easy way without having to risk their lives in order to make it happen and now, quite possibly, they can do just that.

Laser liposuction has been introduced as a surgery that is applicable to people to aid them in losing the extra pounds from certain parts of the body. This procedure has very little risks involved which make it one of the most preferred types of liposuction among the many choices provided for by modern medicine. Lesser pain is also one of the factors that influence people’s choice in electing this type of procedure.

Laser liposuction, though a promising procedure, is not for everyone and it can be performed only on certain parts of the body that covers small areas such as the face, neck, arms, etc. If you want total liposuction, you might have to subject yourself to other types of procedure in order to bring about the effects that you desire. This is very important to understand before you sign on for the procedure so you will have just the right expectations.

Fast recovery, minimal pain, and reduced scarring are some of the benefits of having this type of procedure. Since the liposuction is minimally invasive, you do not have to spend so much time in bed and can go back to your business in just two days so there is no need for an extended leave or any unusual post operative care. You can have the surgery on a weekend be back to work by the start of the week.

Laser liposuction is a procedure that does not only extinguish the accumulated fats in certain parts of your body but it also aids in producing collagen that will in turn, tighten your skin you do not have to worry about sagging. This is a real plus because you are accomplishing two things for the price of one.

Laser liposuction is at its early stages of advancement and as such, there is much concern regarding possible negative effects of this procedure on a patient. Although there are a lot of very successful surgeries that has been performed, medical professionals are advising for this particular technology to be fully explored in order to ensure the safety of the patients and extend its limitations so that it can benefit more people.

In order for you to be on the safe side of things, it is advised that you consult with your doctor before undergoing the procedure to determine whether or not you are a qualified candidate for the surgery. Although the possibility of complications is very slim, it is still prudent to seek medical advice before deciding to proceed with the surgery.

With all the advertisements about liposculpture, laser liposuction and any other form of body sculpting, people think that the procedures are totally safe and free from any risk. They also believe that it is quick and painless. In fact, there are even claims that you can undergo the procedure under local anesthesia, lose the fats, tighten your skin and get back to your routine the same day. If this was as easy as they claim it to be, everyone would have tried it.

While laser liposuction is indeed a revolutionary advancement in the field of plastic surgery and highly recommended above other procedures, the fact remains that it is still a form of surgery. And we all know that every surgical procedure has its fair share of potential risks and complications.

Many of the possible laser liposuction risks are those relevant to the traditional way of liposuction. With the presentation of laser use, complications brought about by the heat of the laser are highly possible (e.g. skin burns or thermal injury due to prolonged skin exposure to the laser).

First off the several laser liposuction risks is the possibility of skin loss. It can occur when a surgeon focuses too long and too aggressively on a certain area for the overlying skin can be lost or damaged. To avoid this, one should have expertise and great precision. Skin burn is also possible, but is very sporadic if the attending surgeon is a good one.

Another risk, and very common, is infection. Infection can be caused by any form of invasive equipment. Since the laser is inserted beneath the skin, antibiotic coverage and operating room precautions are a must. Anesthetic risks can also occur during the course of laser liposuction. There are numerous deaths during or after suction body and liposculpture procedures that were instigated by lidocaine overdose. Lidocaine is the anesthetic that is used to relieve pain during the liposuction procedure.

Also, contour deformities belong to the number of laser liposuction risks. These deformities include lumps, bumps, depressions and wavy lines along the skin. With a traditional lipo procedure, these deformities happen 20% of the time. In laser lipo, though, it is less common. Loose skin is also a problem, especially for patients that have poor elasticity in the skin. The loose skin is natural for a standard liposuction operation. But in laser lipo, this is very uncommon since the procedure tightens the skin, unless you have a very inexperienced surgeon.

Last among the risks of laser liposuction is the damage caused by an untrained non-professional plastic surgeon. A professional and expert surgeon is the sonly qualified individual that can work on the laser liposuction. If you want to have a satisfying outcome, get a professional surgeon for the job.

Majority of these laser liposuction risks are normal and natural. But if you choose a plastic surgeon who has not only the proper equipment but also the skills and level of experience, then these risks can be lessened or entirely removed. When you decide to get laser liposuction, you should research on your potential surgeon and check just how good he is before you decide to acquire his services.
