<p>If you suffer from breathing or other lung and respiratory problems, you should consult with your physician or a respiratory therapist. They will be able to offer suggestions on how you can improve and increase your lung capacity and offer a program that is best for you and your needs.</p>
<p>When you are breathing correctly, your cells and tissues are oxygenated and receiving the energy they require for their optimal performance needs. This will improve your concentration, reduce stress, increase your metabolism, and strengthen your immune system when you breathe properly, improving your overall health and performance. Most importantly, when you exhale your body rids itself of the majority &#8211; around seventy percent &#8211; of the toxins your body produces.</p>
