Aromatically, your &#8220;smell scent&#8221; will become quickly accustom to the aroma, and you&#8217;ll start to think the diffuser isn&#8217;t working anymore. Running the diffuser for only a few minutes every half an hour lets your nose &#8220;forget&#8221; the oils are in the air. The same principal works for disinfecting the air and immune-system support &#8212; there&#8217;s no need to over-saturate the air with essential oils. They are so potent that there&#8217;s no need to continually diffuse a high concentration for these results.</p>

<p>Finding the right diet can be harder than finding a needle in a hay field.</p>
<p>So without further delay, here is what to watch out for when finding the right plan to lose weight:</p>
<p><b>1. Recommended amount of calories.</b> Yes, eating an insanely small amount of calories will help you lose weight, but there will be consequences. And if you go below 1200 calories, the health risks begin to mount.</p>
<p><b>2. Enough carbohydrates.</b> Ignore all the extreme protein diets. You body needs a bare minimum of about 100 grams of carbohydrates a day to spare muscle. Your brain also needs carbohydrates to function properly.</p>
<p><b>3. Inclusion of all food groups.</b> If the plan requires that you exclude a food group, it will most likely be very unhealthy. Why? Because wide varieties of foods interact with each other in ways that we currently do not understand.</p>
<p><b>4. Just enough variety.</b> If the diet calls for a very selective intake of food, you are most likely going to jump ship. Any diet you get on should have just enough variety of food to keep you from straying.</p>
<p><b>5. Affiliate promotions.</b> If you find that the diet plan recommends many products that the author is involved with, then there is probably some bias. Your best bet is to find a plan that does not recommend products the author can profit from.</p>
<p><b>6. Mandatory supplements.</b> Some supplements are very effective, most are not. If the diet you are considering is centered around a single wonder supplement, then you are better off looking the other way. A single supplement will not change the way your body looks.</p>
<p>Wading through all the different diets out there can be very overwhelming. And trying to figure out which ones are based on solid science can be virtually impossible for the average consumer. So follow my tips so that you can make an informed decision.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>There&#8217;s a lesson I wish I had learned a long time ago. It is that there are other ways to burn calories and lose weight besides aerobics. Because it seems that resistance training may be as important for burning off the fat.</p>
<p>Hmmmm. No wonder I was struggling with weight loss even though I spent hours on the stationary bike and treadmill. Yet for some reason my fat loss was more or less minimal to say the least. More of less limited to what you could say was &#8220;not so much&#8221;.</p>
<p>So if you too are laboring (literally) under the misconception that aerobics is the best too, the isn&#8217;t it time to clear the air? I mean just why is aerobic training said to be best for burning fat? Or so it seems? And where does resistance training fit into this picture? </p>
<p>But doesn&#8217;t it seem aerobic exercises have always been promoted for fat loss? For obvious reasons too. Aerobics are relatively easy to do and don&#8217;t have a lot of real discomfort associated with them. Plus the theory behind all this is straightforward. Achieve your fat burning heart rate. Keep it there for 30-40 minutes duration. Then you&#8217;re done.</p>
<p>And don&#8217;t forget you can often distract yourself with TV, music or other types of entertainment when doing aerobics. </p>
<p>Alternatively, we&#8217;d rather not think of the stress and strain resistance training involves. I mean it involves lifting weights repeatedly for a specific number of times. Ugh! All the math involved gives me a headache. No wonder we prefer to stay in our aerobics comfort zone.</p>
<p>But let&#8217;s do a reality check here and take a hard look at the list of relative benefits of cardio exercise versus strength training as defined. With an easily overlooked drawback thrown in too.</p>
<p>When it comes to burning off fat here&#8217;s how I see what cardio offers.</p>
<p>With any cardiovascular routine you will likely burn a few more calories than resistance training does.</p>
<p>Your body burns fewer calories after the fact though &#8211; that is after your workout is over.</p>
<p>Plus you can&#8217;t ignore the serious stress you&#8217;re putting on your joints and the strain on your muscles unless of course you&#8217;re doing water aerobics. </p>
<p>Okay but what fat burning results does resistance training produce?</p>
<p>Believe it or not, depending on the amount of weight used and number of repetitions done you can burn more or less the same amount of calories as with an aerobic workout.</p>
<p>And get this. Post workout, your metabolic rate remains elevated by as much as 30% and will stay that way for as long as 36 hours. Meaning that as your muscles rebuild and repair you are still burning calories. Even while you sleep.</p>
<p>Any core workout that strengthen your ab muscles means there&#8217;s less chance of injury because you&#8217;re improving your overall balance and coordination.</p>
<p>Voila! Looks like resistance training builds fat burning muscles and helps you lose fat too. No complaints there. So now what? What should you do about it?</p>
<p>For sure, don&#8217;t go crazy and stop your cardio workout routine upon reading this since aerobic activities bring with them their own health benefits. Rather, the sensible things to do is, meld low intensity aerobics with measured resistance training to get the best of both worlds. Or additional benefits from cardio like: </p>
<p>They strengthen your heart and lungs making them more efficient.</p>
<p>They improve blood circulation. </p>
<p>They assist in the development of improved stamina, endurance, and level of fitness. </p>
<p>They can help speed repair of muscle tissue damage resulting from your strength training workout.</p>
<p>That makes the success formula obvious. Simply embrace a complete system of cardio, resistance training and better diet to become a fitter, leaner you. Easy, right?</p>

<p>If you want to avoid the multitude of negative side effects from high protein diets, your fat loss approach should have a balanced eating plan in place. And balanced eating will give you a lot more energy per calorie of food consumed.</p>
<p>Even if you have the most balanced diet, however, fat storage can still take place. So it will be good for you to understand how different macro nutrients get processed in your body once consumed.</p>
<p>So without further ado, here are the mechanics of eating and fat storage:</p>
<p><b>1. Sources of energy like carbohydrates.</b> Every single carbohydrate that you consume has to be broken down into units of sugar. This is why you constantly hear how carbs increase blood sugar levels. Once the carbs are broken down, they get stored as either glycogen or fat.</p>
<p><b>2. Dietary fatty acids.</b> When you eat fat it gets stored as body fat very easily. How so? It gets broken down into fatty acids and glycerol. Having said that, do NOT restrict your fat intake as it is critical for maximizing fat loss hormone production.</p>
<p><b>3. Steak, fish, poultry.</b> All types of protein, they get broken down into amino acids. These amino acids will then be reconfigured into muscle. But there is a catch: you have to exercise in order for this to happen!</p>
<p><b>4. Spirits.</b> By spirits I mean alcohol! The Achilles heel of any fat loss hopeful. Why? Because not only does alcohol slow down the rate at which you can burn body fat, but it also gets stored as fat in between your organs. And this is the worst type of fat.</p>
<p>Optimally, you want all the food you eat to be stored as either glycogen or protein in the form of lean tissue. Unfortunately, these stores get filled up very quickly and any excess goes to fat storage. And recall that fat stores have unlimited accumulation capacity.</p>
<p>Also, make sure you do not go overboard with protein just because it has a high thermic effect. Despite this, excess protein does get stored as body fat when too much is consumed. So no matter how you eat, a negative intake is necessary for rapid fat loss.</p>

<p>Even after you stop exercising your muscles will continue to burn calories if you know which exercises will get the job done.</p>
<p>Everyone knows that in order to get toned and ripped muscles you need to exercise. Its a no brainer. But the challenge is knowing what exercises are best for calorie burning and sculpting.</p>
<p>If you only did regular arm curls as your muscle building routine, you will eventually see results but you&#8217;ll see much better and faster results with 2 workout programs called circuit training and whole body exercises. Either of these two routines are where you will create your Ultimate Woman Workout! Both of these workouts are incredibly effective because they promote muscle contraction and relaxation for periods long after the exercise is complete. This means you&#8217;ll be burning calories long after your workout is done.</p>
<p>Whole body exercises work the major muscle groups of the body at the same time. For example, if you were to do a push up you would be working the upper body muscle groups of chest and arms, your core muscle group of abdominals, and your lower body muscle group of lower legs and feet. You would be using your entire body weight as resistance when going up and down in the exercise.</p>
<p>Circuit training is fantastic for burning calories long after your workout is done. This is because you are building muscle with weights and alternating it with short aerobic activity. You alternate 3 or 4 minutes of cardio jumping jacks and jumping rope for example, then weight lifting with squats, then cardio again etc, and do this for 30 minutes and you&#8217;ll have amazing results.</p>
<p>Instead of just doing an aerobic workout like you may have done in the past, add your hand weights into the mix. You can then add weights with major muscle group activities such as lunges or squats and really start burning those calories and sculpting those muscles.</p>

<p>As with many medical situations the food you eat is a huge contributing factor in your gout attacks. Many of the foods that are considered to be &#8211; do not touch- for people with heart conditions will also contribute to the development of gout.</p>
<p>Most people want a quick fix for any problem, when dealing with medical situations such as gout this isn&#8217;t always possible or advisable. Your gout didn&#8217;t really appear overnight, it has taken months and probably years of eating the wrong things possibly coupled with a genetic predisposition to appear. So expecting your gout to just be fixed instantly is unrealistic isn&#8217;t it.</p>
<p>When you eat food that are high in purines your body turns that purine into uric acid during the process of digestion. Your kidneys then deal with that uric acid and expel it from your body. Gout happens when your kidneys can&#8217;t expel all the uric acid that is created.</p>
<p>While drinking alcohol may give you some instant temporary feeling of pleasure it can be a contributing cause for gout attacks. Your kidneys have to work hard to deal with alcohol and the high amount of purines that it contains, add this to some rich red meat and your kidneys won&#8217;t be able to keep up and will be expelling more uric acid into your body.</p>
<p>If you are unsure of what to eat when you are trying to reduce the severity and regularity of your gout attacks you should start keeping a diary of what you eat and drink. This will help give you some idea of the items that may be contributing to your pain. Shellfish, red meat, alcohol and game meats are things that you should remove from your diet straight away before you even start making notes.</p>
<p>Gout diets are not all about stopping eating things to reduce purine entering your system, there are foods that you can eat to actually help your body deal with uric acid. Cherries are one food that has been shown to lower levels of uric acid in your body. You should be eating dark red cherries daily as this will help your body deal with the uric acid and that will reduce your gout attacks.</p>

<p>Unfortunately, a little caloric restriction is necessary for maximum arm fat loss. You need to master the restriction of calories, however, in order to prevent yourself from feeling hungry all the time.</p>
<p>So what can you do? Learn how to master your satiety, the feeling of fullness you get in between meals.</p>
<p>So here&#8217;s how to lose arm fat by feeling full all the time:</p>
<p><b>1. The amount of fiber in your meal.</b> Fiber plays an important role in how full you feel. The bulk it creates in your stomach will send a strong signal to your brain that you&#8217;ve had enough to eat. Just be careful with supplementation. Some research has shown that it can increase colon cancer risk.</p>
<p><b>2. Foods high in protein.</b> Dietary protein causes a lot of thermogenesis when compared to other foods, and it also creates a sense of fullness. In fact, if you compare all the macronutrients side by side, protein has the greatest effect on satiety.</p>
<p><b>3. The amount of fat in your meal.</b> The more the merrier. Fat causes a feel full hormone to be released in your body. It also slows down digestion which is beneficial for arm fat loss. Just be careful with going overboard here because fat does have a lot of calories.</p>
<p><b>4. Blood sugar.</b> Having fast digesting meals is a sure fire way to feel hungry despite a high caloric intake. Now if you haven&#8217;t been eating clean for a while, you may have grown accustomed to this level of hunger. But trust me, you shouldn&#8217;t be feeling this hungry. Stick to low glycemic foods as much as possible.</p>
<p><b>5. Water.</b> Now I&#8217;m not talking about drinking water here because if you drink too much it will go straight to your kidneys. I&#8217;m talking about the water in your food. Foods highest in water volume will make you feel the fullest.</p>
<p>Consistent loss of arm fat requires consistent mastery of hunger levels. And if hunger overtakes you, bingeing is likely to ensue. Unfortunately, bingeing can set back your sexy arm mission many steps.</p>
